Acquisition and Operations Analyst

Garrett Smith joined Heartland Commercial Real Estate, in March 2021, as an  Acquisition & Operations Analyst. Garrett is responsible for identifying opportunities, project underwriting, and creating & executing improvement plans over a portfolio of assets. Prior to joining Heartland, Garrett was an Appraisal Analyst for Cushman & Wakefield.

A St. Louis native, Garrett received his B.S. in Financial Management with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Missouri – Columbia. When Garrett is not at work, he can be found outdoors: cycling, golfing, or hunting.
